Graduate Program, Creative Services

The Creative Services Graduate role is designed to give early career talent hands on experience with how ideas turn into real, impactful marketing content. This role sits within a fast-moving creative team that supports a wide range of marketing and brand initiatives, helping bring concepts to life through event content capture, graphic design, production, and storytelling. The Grad will work across projects from start to finish, learning how goals are defined, how creative solutions are built, and how finished work reaches audiences in meaningful ways. This role is meant to develop a strong understanding of how creativity, collaboration, and execution come together to support a brand at scale, while giving the Grad real responsibility, exposure, and room to grow.

 

Job Description

 

CREATIVE PROJECT SUPPORT & EXECUTION

Support Production and Photography teams on marketing and brand initiatives

Help translate briefs and objectives into executed creative deliverables

Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal teams and vendors

Assist in shoots (studio and on-location) and post production workflows

 

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work closely with internal clients to ideate, build budgets and build schedules

Support projects tied to product launches, events, campaigns, and activations

Learn how creative work supports sales, distribution, and brand visibility

Help manage stakeholder communication and expectations

 

EVENT, CONTENT, & OPERATIONAL EXPOSURE

Support major events and campaigns (e.g., activations, digital poster content, sizzles)

Learn basics of budgeting, vendor coordination, contracts, and releases

Assist with content delivery for ads, marketing, social, live streams, and On-Premise screens

Gain insight into how content is captured, cleared, distributed, and measured

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)

Relevant work or internship experience is a plus

Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus

Proven excellence in academic pursuits

A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
