U.S. Army Health Professions scholarship program (HPSP) - Medical school students (2026-2027)
The US Army is seeking highly motivated college juniors, seniors, then graduates planning to attend Medical / Psychology / Dental / or Veterinary school in 2026 - 2027 to apply for the prestigious Health Professions Scholarship program (HPSP).
Program Benefits:
- Full tuition and coverage at any accredited U.S. medical school (MD/DO)
- Monthly living stipend of $2999 while in school
- $20,000 Commission bonus
- Reimbursement for books, equipment, and academic fees
- Officer pay during Active-Duty training opportunities
Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. citizen
- Enrolled in or accepted to an accredited MD or DO program or Provide list of schools applied for
- Strong academic background \
- MCAT: 500 or better / DAT: 20 or better
- GPA: 3.2 or better
- Meet physical, medical, and moral standards
Service Commitment:
- One year of Active-Duty service as a U.S. Army physician for each year of scholarship support
- Serve as a Commission officer in the U.S. Army Medical Corps
