About the Role

Essity is looking for a talented and self-motivated graduate in the field of process engineering to join our largest finished goods converting site in Neenah, WI.  This position is suitable for those who have already completed their studies. You will be part of the team working on the tissue paper and converting machines and in our Neenah Converting location.

What You Will Do

As a graduate engineer, you’ll play a key role in challenging norms, driving change, and making a tangible impact within our global hygiene and health business. Based in Neenah, you’ll join our professional converting production team, working alongside experienced colleagues to grow your skills and knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing safety-oriented processes for yourself and others

Applying engineering principles to design manufacturing steps for tissue-based consumer products that meet high standards of quality and cost

Performing standard technical tasks and preparing operational documentation

Monitoring production processes and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities

Learning to troubleshoot using root cause analysis

Leading projects that support continuous improvement

Engaging in ongoing learning through industry-specific training modules

Who You Are

You’re a recent engineering graduate (bachelor’s or master’s) with a strong environmental focus and a curious mindset about how engineering can shape the future. You’re data-driven, passionate about process improvement, and thrive in team environments. You’re eager to lead and take ownership of responsibilities. While prior work experience isn’t required, internships in manufacturing are a plus.
