Physician Assistant Student

The U.S. Navy is seeking Physician Assistant Student for CY27 and 27/28 and/or 2026 graduates/applicants with their degree currently. 

Health Services Collegiate Program (HSCP) “US Navy Exclusive Program” 

The HSCP provides:

  • Up to $269,000 while finishing your postgraduate program!  Education should include 30 or more hours in entomology courses to include: medical entomology, pest management, insect taxonomy, insect morphology, vector biology, medical veterinary entomology, insect ecology, insect toxicology, insect physiology, etc…
  • Monthly salary and allowances from $4,401 to $7,932 for up to 30 months of your program (housing allowance may vary depending upon location).

*HSCP program you will attend your selected school (Online/distance learning programs are not approved for this program) upon approval of submission to the board you will enlist in the US Navy and have access to active-duty benefits while in school (see below)!

Responsibilities/Background:

The U.S. Navy employs hundreds of Physician Assistants worldwide to provide essential medical care and support force health protection across the fleet and Marine Corps. These officers serve in operational units, military treatment facilities, aboard ships, and with deployable medical teams, where they deliver primary and emergency care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and support readiness missions. Navy Physician Assistants play a critical role in maintaining the health of service members during deployments, humanitarian assistance operations, and joint and international medical engagements.

Earn competitive pay after your commissioning. With steady increases each year and additional raises every other year. Guaranteed promotions during the first 4 years, typically every 2 years, with an average monthly increase of $1,000.

Qualifications:

-U.S. Citizen

-Not have reached their 42nd birthday by the time of initial appointment and commissioning, waivers are possible.

-HSCP: Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted for enrollment/transfer to an accredited college or university for a master’s degree in physician assistant studies.

-Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for student program
