Diamond Pest Solutions is building a small, competitive out-of-state sales team for our March–September door-to-door season based in Conway, Arkansas.
This role is designed for individuals willing to relocate short-term, follow a proven sales system, and compete in a performance-driven environment.
Out-of-state applicants are strongly prioritized.
We actively recruit candidates from Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, and surrounding states, but motivated applicants from anywhere in the U.S. who can relocate are encouraged to apply.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY)
• Relocation required: Conway, Arkansas (March–September)
• In-person field sales: This is NOT remote or work-from-home
• Reliable vehicle required
• Commission-based pay: Uncapped and performance-driven
• Ability to work outdoors and handle rejection professionally

COMPENSATION & HOUSING
• Uncapped commission structure with a clear ladder
• Performance-based housing provided
• Housing is fully covered when performance thresholds are met
• If thresholds are not met, housing costs are deducted from commissions
• No hourly pay — this is a results-based opportunity

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners, identify pest control needs, and close accounts
• Track performance daily and compete on team leaderboards
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions
• Improve skills, confidence, and income over the course of the season

• Territory: Within a 1–2 hour radius after relocation
