Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your mission is to generate qualified leads and set up opportunities for our Account Executives. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our product, develop your sales skills, and play a vital role in driving our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations and identify key decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate data and activity logs in HubSpot.
- Continuously learn and improve through training and coaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Self-motivated with a passion for professional growth.
