Marketing Management Trainee (Full-Time Track)
Job Description
This role is part of the company (OSSC)’s core Management Trainee Program, designed for high-potential candidates with a strong interest in long-term development in marketing, business growth, and commercial execution.
Rather than joining as a single-function executor, candidates will enter the organization as future business leaders in training, supported by structured mentorship, rotational exposure, and milestone-based evaluations.
You will progressively participate in real marketing initiatives, user acquisition strategies, content-driven growth projects, and business decision-making, gaining both executional and strategic perspectives.

Responsibilities
Support and execute marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, with a focus on user acquisition and conversion
Manage and optimize content production and promotion across Chinese social media platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, etc.)
Assist with paid media campaigns and traffic acquisition, including content planning, execution, and performance tracking
Collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams on project execution, reporting, and iteration
Participate in regular reviews to reflect on performance, extract insights, and improve operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred)
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
Strong interest in marketing, content, growth, business development, or commercial strategy
Fast learner with the ability to extract patterns and logic from hands-on execution
Proactive communicator with a results-oriented mindset and ownership of business outcomes
Basic data literacy and comfort using spreadsheets for organization and analysis
Familiarity with digital marketing tools or analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) is a strong plus
