HR Coordinator - Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a HR Coordinator – Intern to join our Human Resource team in our Atlanta regional office. This is a summer internship that offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and campus engagement initiatives while supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including interview scheduling and ATS tracking.
- Support the hiring and onboarding of new associates.
- Research and help build relationships with universities aligned to core campus recruitment strategies.
- Assist with planning and execution of the summer intern event and other recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- Prior internship or work experience in human resources, recruiting, or an administrative role.
- Interest in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
