HR Coordinator - Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Coordinator – Intern to join our Human Resource team in our Atlanta regional office. This is a summer internship that offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and campus engagement initiatives while supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including interview scheduling and ATS tracking.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of new associates. 
  • Research and help build relationships with universities aligned to core campus recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with planning and execution of the summer intern event and other recruitment initiatives.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

 

Preferred:

  • Prior internship or work experience in human resources, recruiting, or an   administrative role.
  • Interest in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
