Who We Serve:

We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2–21 with:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Developmental Delays
  • Down Syndrome
  • Adjustment Disorders and more

Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center.

 

Your Role as a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) OR Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

As a technician, you’ll play a vital role in implementing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to support meaningful progress for each client. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering one-on-one ABA therapy based on treatment goals
  • Collecting and recording accurate data on client behavior and progress
  • Assisting with skill-building across communication, social, daily living, and academic areas
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans consistently and effectively
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development
  • Collaborating with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
  • Supporting and communicating with families to reinforce treatment goals at home

You’ll be part of a supportive and mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, preferred

 

(or)

  • Must be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within (90) days of hire!

 

(and)

  • 2+ years of experience in ABA with youth
  • Experience providing ABA services in the school setting
  • A passion for making a lasting difference
