Job Summary
Solar Camera Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Assistant to support the growth of our AI-powered solar infrastructure solutions. This is an entry-level, on-site role ideal for candidates interested in B2B sales, renewable energy, AI security systems, and smart infrastructure.
Our products—including Solar AI Camera Trailers, Solar Lighting Towers, and Solar Generators—are used across construction sites, public safety, retail, and facilities management nationwide. This role offers hands-on training, direct exposure to senior leadership, and clear growth opportunities for high performers.
Key Responsibilities

National Trade Show Representation:
Represent the company at major industry trade shows and events across the U.S. (Las Vegas, Houston, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, and more). -
Business Development Support:
Research and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities in construction, security, retail, and facilities management sectors. -
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Conduct professional outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with prospective and existing clients. -
Product & Software Demonstrations:
Learn and present company products and proprietary video management software to prospective customers (full training provided). -
Sales Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with senior management to track sales activity, report progress, and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for professional client-facing interactions
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities independently
- Comfortable learning new software tools, presentations, and CRM systems
- Ability to travel and perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Background
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related fields
- Interest in renewable energy, AI technology, or infrastructure solutions
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, or internships is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $20.00/hour
