You will work closely with leadership and act as a bridge between strategy and execution.

  • Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs and scaleable systems.
  • Build and manage HubSpot pipelines, automations, dashboards, and reports
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
  • Ensure coverage during high-demand periods, including weekends
  • Support leadership with planning, forecasting, and execution
  • Maintain operational accountability across teams

  • Strong systems thinker with documentation discipline
  • Highly proactive with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working more than 40 hours/week when needed
  • Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You need strict schedules or limited responsibility
  • You prefer to wait for instructions rather than take initiative
  • You are not comfortable owning outcomes
