Early Childhood Educator

Tender Care Learning Center in Green Tree is seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our early childhood education program. As a NAEYC Accredited and STAR 4 Keystone STARS rated center, we take pride in delivering high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment.

This is a full-time closing teaching position offering growth, stability, and a chance to truly make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth in young children
• Communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and center leadership
• Create and support a positive, team-oriented work culture

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a related Human Services field

OR at least 15 ECE credits

• Minimum 2 years of documented experience working with young children
• A passion for early learning and child development
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
