The Vermont Lake Monsters are woven into the fabric of the Green Mountain State and regularly draw fans from all over the state of Vermont as well as parts of New York and Canada.
The Vermont Lake Monsters are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the team clubhouse during the baseball season. This individual will manage all aspects of clubhouse operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for players, coaches, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Clubhouse Operations:
- Oversee the daily setup, operation, and breakdown of the clubhouse before and after games
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clubhouse, including uniforms, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate laundry services for team uniforms, towels, and clubhouse gear
- Prepare and distribute player equipment and game-day needs
- Coordinate and provide player meals after games

Staff & Team Support:
- Assist visiting teams with clubhouse needs and league requirements
- Communicate clubhouse needs and inventory updates to team leadership
Work Schedule
This is a seasonal position that requires availability during all home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional hours may be required for team workouts, practices, and special events.
