Account Manager/ Account Executive

Account Executive (B2B Sales)

Peabody, MA

 

About the Role

We are looking for motivated B2B Account Executive to drive new business. Ability to connect and grow client relationships within the Automobile Dealership business. Someone who can thrive in team-oriented environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.  You’ll be responsible for prospecting, closing new accounts, grow existing accounts and grow revenue while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and develop new customer accounts
  • Manage and grow client relationships. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and recommend auto transportation and delivery solutions
  • Collaborate with internal operations, Dispatch and cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (we will train you in using HubSpot).
     

Qualification

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience with cold calling or willing to learn how to clos new accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55K - 60K per year
  • Uncapped Commission
