Neomark Company Overview:
- Founded in 1996 and located in Oviedo, FL, Neomark, Inc.
- Neomark is a leading supplier of a broad range of mechanical, electrical and heat transfer products for the power generation industry.
- Main products include industrial valves, process instrumentation, filtration, electrical equipment, hard to find obsolete parts, etc…
- Key customers include Siemens Energy, Mitsubishi Power Americas, etc…
Office Hours:
- 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break.
- Must have ability to work additional hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Neomark is a standard sales office environment and employees work full time in-office.
Position: Technical Sales Support Specialist
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Sales Engineers with Quotations and Project Proposal Creation:
- Work directly under existing Sales engineers to support them in the creation of quotes and project proposals. This includes all aspects from initial request to product shipment to aftersales support.
- Work with customer engineers and buyers to review and fully understand all requirements of:
- Application/process design conditions
- Technical specifications requirements
- Documentation/Testing requirements
- Commercial Terms & Conditions
- Deadlines: proposal due date, document due dates, equipment ship date
- Work with Factory/Manufacturer Engineers, Sales and Production to determine best product fit, pricing and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Create customer quotes/project proposals:
- Create BOM’s and Cost Spreadsheets
- Detail all technical, documentation, commercial and delivery requirements.
- Determine appropriate customer pricing and discounting strategies based on established guidelines and benchmark knowledge of competitive offerings.
- Work with customer engineers and buyers to review and fully understand all requirements of:
- Work directly under existing Sales engineers to support them in the creation of quotes and project proposals. This includes all aspects from initial request to product shipment to aftersales support.

Documentation Management:
- Manage Spreadsheet schedule of all Documentation Due for existing orders.
- Establish and maintain a prioritized list of documents to be completed each day.
- Track and report above quotas and metrics on a weekly basis to management.
- Hold Kick off meetings with OMS and Sales Engineers when new orders arrive. Purpose it to determine document expectations and action items.
- Retrieve and review all documentation and testing reports for accuracy from Manufacturers.
- Organize and format all documentation per customer requirements.
- Submit documents to customer via established web portals
- Manage Spreadsheet schedule of all Documentation Due for existing orders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
- College Degree in related field or 2 years’ experience in similar role is preferred but not required.
