Junior Architectural Designer

East Aurora, NY | Full-Time

Crafted Concepts Architecture D.P.C. is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing, design-forward architecture + construction studio. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is passionate about residential architecture, building science, and seeing projects through from concept to construction.

We are a fully integrated architecture, interior design, and construction firm specializing in high-end custom homes and residential development. Our work emphasizes thoughtful design, high-performance construction, and long-term value—far beyond typical developer homes.

Responsibilities

Assist with schematic design, design development, and construction documents

Produce drawings and details using Revit (preferred)

Support material selections, exterior and interior design coordination

Assist with permit sets, consultant coordination, and revisions

Participate in site visits and coordination with the construction team

Help maintain drawing standards and documentation quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or related field)

0–3 years of professional experience

Working knowledge of Revit (required); Adobe Suite a plus

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

Interest in residential architecture and construction

Ability to learn, take direction, and grow within a fast-paced studio
