Call Center Representative

Our company is seeking a Call Center Representative who wants to grow with us as we reach for the stars! The ideal candidate will have phone and or customer service experience or a willingness to learn on the job. Our call center reps would call existing or speak with potential customers about damages to their home or business. You will offer FREE Inspections on their roof, siding or gutters and more. First Point Construction and Restoration is the first point of contact in getting their home repaired and restored. You will let the homeowner or business know that we are here to assist them throughout the entire process. We have a dedicated and proven training program to help you learn on-site how to achieve your financial goals.
First Point Construction and Restoration is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic, highly motivated, charismatic candidate with excellent communication and people skills. Our representatives work a flexible schedule, reach life-changing goals, and enjoy their careers, all while serving, educating, and guiding customers through the restoration process.
Qualifications:
· Customer service, Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to speak over the phone with confidence
· Strong sense of integrity and self-motivation
· Ability to work both independently and with a team
· Previous call center or customer service sales experience preferred but not required
· High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
