Your responsibilities
As part of our team, you will
- Contribute to the conception, design, and modeling of novel opto-electronic integration devices.
- Perform simulations and analytical modeling to guide device architecture and performance.
- Support fabrication, testing, and experimental validation of prototype devices.
- Implement and refine device concepts through iterative development and characterization.
- Present research findings internally and contribute to publications for leading conferences and journals in thermal sciences.
Your skills and experience
- Must be enrolled in a PhD program in engineering or physics.
- Demonstrated hands-on experiences and publications in the area of integrated photonics, including silicon, silicon nitride, lithium niobate, and III-V integrated photonics
- Experience in the design and optimization of photonic devices and photonic integrated circuits.
- Experience with photonic integrated circuit design tools.
- Experience in testing and characterization of optoelectronic devices and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices.
- Problem-solving mind, creative, and good communication skills
