NeuroHealth Arlington Heights is seeking an outgoing and motivated Healthcare Outreach & Marketing Assistant to join our office team of dedicated professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a well-established clinical practice while gaining hands-on experience in grassroots and professional marketing within the healthcare field.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
Compensation may increase based on experience and performance.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive grassroots marketing by personally delivering brochure packets to targeted medical offices and practices in the local area
   
• Travel to multiple locations during work hours using personal transportation
   
• Maintain and update the marketing information database
   
• Manage marketing materials, inventory, and distribution tracking
   
• Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as assigned
   
• Collaborate with internal staff and external digital marketing vendors as needed
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
   
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required
   
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
   
• Comfort representing a clinical practice in professional office settings
   
• Interest in marketing, communications, or healthcare-related fields preferred
   
• Willingness to work a minimum of two days per week, Monday through Friday

Located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, NeuroHealth provides assessment, treatment, systems/case management, and school consultation and advocacy services to children, adolescents (including high school and college-age students), and adults.
