Position: Preschool Teacher (Ages 3-5)
Reports To: Preschool Director & Director of Academics
Location: CCA 333 Inverness Dr S Ste 100 Englewood CO 80112
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $40,000 - 50,000 annually, depending on experience
Reporting Period: August 1 – May 31 (school breaks off except required staff development days)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview:
The preschool teacher provides a nurturing, joyful, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports early academic, social-emotional, and spiritual growth for children ages 3–5.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe, structured, and loving classroom environment
Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based instruction
Integrate Christian values, prayer, and biblical truth into daily routines
Support social-emotional growth and positive classroom culture
Supervise students to ensure safety and well-being
Collaborate with colleagues and families
Participate in professional development
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- PDIS Level 2 certification required
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong alignment with Christian education
