Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key member of the Aesthetics Biomedical marketing team, with direct ownership of social media strategy and execution across all company brands. This role is responsible for curating, implementing, and managing social media content and campaigns while also supporting the development and rollout of integrated marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally, the Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborates on strategy curation and execution to launch new products and develop comprehensive marketing plans.  

 

Key Responsibilities include:

 

  • Oversee day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), ensuring brand consistency and audience growth. 
  • Develop and implement content calendars, grid layouts, and branded assets that support campaigns, events, and product launches. 
  • Create and manage paid social campaigns, analyzing results and optimizing performance. 
  • Produce high-quality original written, graphic, and video content that drives engagement and aligns with FDA-cleared indications for use. 
  • Monitor and manage online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs, and overseeing customer service on social channels. 
  • Build brand awareness by identifying and partnering with influencers and KOLs (micro and macro). 
  • Track analytics using tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics to measure KPIs and inform strategy.
