Miami FC Equipment Manager Intern

Miami FC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Manager Intern to support daily team operations throughout the season. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a professional USL Championship club.

What You’ll Do:
* Assist with training and matchday equipment setup and breakdown
* Support locker room, laundry, and apparel organization
* Help manage inventory and maintain equipment standards
* Assist with home and away match travel logistics
* Work closely with the Head Equipment Manager and technical staff

What We’re Looking For:
* Strong interest in soccer and sports operations
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working long hours, weekends, and matchdays
* Able to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
* Prior equipment or athletic operations experience is a plus
