About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce professional to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and drive productivity across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Manage workflows, validation rules, and process automation
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and user requests
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance
  • Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support
