Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and positive Youth Development Professional with a passion for movement-based programming. This role specializes in engaging youth through dance, martial arts, sports, or other physical movement activities that promote confidence, teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and lead engaging movement-based activities such as dance, martial arts, sports, fitness, or creative movement.

Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for youth ages 5 - 14

Build positive relationships with club members and serve as a mentor and role model

Support youth development goals including social-emotional growth, teamwork, and self-confidence

Manage group behavior using positive guidance techniques

Ensure safety protocols and program guidelines are followed at all times

Collaborate with other staff to support overall club programming and events
