Comments:
The internship will include all aspects of Shady Hollow Country Club operations. This internship can be tailored to your interest in the industry. The intern will serve in the dining facility, work in outside operations at the pool, golf operations, greens staff if applicable, locker rooms and patio. They will also be involved with golf outings, weddings and banquets, directly working with the Food and Beverage/Events Coordinator, other Department Heads and the GM/COO. This is a great opportunity to learn how to do multiple jobs at the Club so when management opportunities arise, the intern is proficient in line level tasks as well as learning the management side. Previous interns placed in full-time career level positions after internship was completed.
