- Recommend high-performing students interested in applied product, data, and engineering work
We handle role matching, tryout tasks, and team selection.
Overview
Elite Wellness Amenity Group is building a production-grade, data-driven wellness platform used in residential buildings. We are assembling a small, selective, paid student product team to ship a working MVP with real users, real data, and real accountability.
This is not a class project and not volunteer work.
It is an applied learning experience designed to prepare students for real product, engineering, design, and data roles.
This opportunity aligns directly with Suffolk’s focus on experiential learning and career outcomes.
Applied Learning Outcomes
Students will:
- Work in defined professional roles (Product, UX, Front End, Back End, Data, QA)
- Learn the full product lifecycle: requirements → design → build → test → release readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a real “team-of-teams” structure
- Build artifacts suitable for portfolios and interviews (code, designs, dashboards)
Career & Placement Value
- Roles are paid (stipend-based)
- Top performers receive professional references
- Strong contributors may transition into longer-term or full-time leadership roles as the platform scales
Academic Accountability
- Clear scope and expectations
- Weekly demos showing working software (not slides)
- Short tryout tasks (48–72 hours) to select serious candidates
- Optional post-project summary available: what shipped + student contributions

What We’re Building.
This is not a résumé line. This is a launchpad. We’re building a platform at the intersection of technology, wellness, and real estate, three massive worlds that almost never work together well. If we execute this right, we’re not just shipping an app. We’re building a new operating system for how people train, connect, and stay consistent where they live while giving owners a real, measurable way to prove wellness drives retention, engagement, and value. If we execute this right, we’re not just launching an app, we're building an industry-changing operating system for how wellness is delivered, measured, and valued where people live.
Students who join this team won’t just “get experience.” They’ll be part of something special, move fast with real accountability, and leave with a portfolio-level product they can point to. This platform is built on multi-building architecture, secure role-based permissions, and portfolio-level analytics and for top performers, this opportunity can evolve into a long-term or full-time leadership role.
Here’s what makes it different:
- Real users. Real buildings. Real outcomes.
- Your work doesn’t die at the end of a semester, it gets deployed.
- What you build will be used by residents, trainers, and operators making decisions every day.
You’ll be part of a team-of-teams, where each role is a lever:
- Product turns chaos into focus
- UX turns friction into flow
- Engineering turns ideas into systems
- Data turns activity into proof
- QA turns “works on my laptop” into trust
