We are currently recruiting for certified teachers to join us for the 26-27 school year! 

BASD offers educators the opportunity to work in a premier district. We are in the 95th percentile for average teacher pay, offer fantastic benefits (including a free on site BASD Health Clinic and a 403(b) match program!) and a collaborative and high performing culture. 

Over the next 5 years BASD will see a significant number of retirements; we are privileged to be home to a number of staff who have engaged with students, families and the community for 30 years or more.
