Summer Intern - Finance

Full-Time Summer Internship | June 1st - July 31st, 2026 | Onsite: Brentwood, TN

IVX Health is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our Finance team for a paid summer internship at our headquarters in Brentwood, TN. This in-office, Monday–Friday role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to corporate finance while supporting meaningful projects that impact daily operations and long‑term strategy.

About the Role

As a Finance Intern, you’ll gain firsthand experience in the core functions of a corporate finance department—from daily reporting to month-end close activities and special projects. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help improve finance processes, and contribute to analyses that inform key business decisions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Support daily financial reporting and basic data management.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and other routine operational finance tasks.
  • Contribute to materials and analyses used in quarterly business reviews under the direction of Finance leadership.

Analysis & Process Support

  • Perform data cleanup and normalization to improve accuracy and reliability of reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and support special projects.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support as the team works to enhance finance processes.

Cross‑Functional Learning & Development

  • Partner with teams outside of Finance to support broader organizational initiatives.
  • Develop analytical and problem‑solving skills through real‑world financial projects.
  • Participate in Lunch & Learn sessions and development activities with executive leadership to gain exposure to strategy, leadership, and career pathways.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
