Job Description

SEDULOUS Strength and Conditioning is a coaching-first performance facility built on structure, standards, and execution. While training happens on the floor, strong operations behind the scenes are what keep the engine running.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support daily business functions and help keep SEDULOUS running clean, efficient, and professional.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, organization, and ownership — and wants real responsibility inside a growing performance business.
 

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks and internal organization

Handle scheduling support, client communication, and lead intake

Assist with onboarding processes and athlete/member administration

Support billing follow-ups and basic operational tracking

Maintain facility organization, cleanliness standards, and checklists

Assist with content organization, file management, and internal systems

Support leadership with task execution, reminders, and workflow follow-through

This is not a passive role.
You will have responsibility, autonomy, and expectations.
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in administration, operations, or customer support

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM tools, or membership platforms (a plus)

Interest in fitness, athletics, or performance environments (helpful, not required)

Schedule

Flexible part-time hours (approximately 8–15 hours per week).
