CCE Virtual Practice Interview Program - Spring 2026

Hone your interview skills and get feedback from industry professionals!

Join a virtual practice interview with an alumni employer to:

• Practice answering behavioral interview questions
• Learn what interviews look like at their place of work
• Receive thoughtful feedback to help you improve
• Feel more comfortable and confident in your next interview

By practicing with a professional you can apply interviewing strategies through a live simulation and feel more confident in future interviews.

What to expect:

During your practice interview (held via a Zoom call), an alumni employer will ask you behavioral questions similar to those you might encounter on a first-round interview. They will facilitate conversation with you and provide feedback on your responses and presentation. 

Practice interviews take place March 23 through April 3, 2026. If selected, you will schedule a time based on alumni availability. We recommend you choose the alumni that best matches your interests.

During the practice interview, you should:

• Be in a quiet space with quality internet and phone service (consider reserving a CCE Interview Room)
• Prepare yourself for this practice interview as you would a real interview
