Early Childhood Educator (Toddler Program)
As an Assistant or Lead Teacher, you will be an essential part of our classroom team, supporting young children as they grow, learn, and explore. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside another early childhood educator in a fun, organized, and engaging environment.
You’ll be actively involved in the daily rhythm of the classroom—sharing smiles, laughter, creativity, and meaningful moments with children ages 18 months–2 years or 2.5–3 years (two positions currently available). From creative art experiences to daily routines, you’ll be appreciated for the care, energy, and dedication you bring to the children each day.
The center is open 7 am - 5:30 pm, New employees schedule is open for discussion during the interview process. Please note this is a full time, Monday through Friday 40 hours a week position.

Responsibilities include supporting an emergent, play-based curriculum; caring for children’s emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being; maintaining classroom organization; completing attendance, documentation, and health and safety checks; guiding children through classroom transitions; meeting all state ratio requirements; communicating respectfully with families; participating in team meetings and trainings; keeping leadership informed of any safety or care concerns; and assisting with additional center duties as needed.
Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable using technology for documentation and classroom operations, and work well as part of a collaborative team. The ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and remain engaged in a fast-paced classroom is important. Applicants must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of experience working with young children. A CDA, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required. Candidates must pass criminal and child abuse background checks and have a current health assessment and TB test.
Compensation is competitive and based on education level and relevant experience.
