Sales Development Representative

Our mission is to make immune measurement a reality for clinical trials and patients. This mission will put 100+ years back on the clock for drug developers, physicians and patients, and unlock a multi-billion dollar market opportunity. You wouldn’t run an Ozempic trial without a weight scale; and our aim is that you wouldn’t run an immunotherapy trial without Teiko.

We use cytometry to measure the immune state of patients on trial in our Clinical Laboratory Inspection Amendment (CLIA)-registered lab. We’re powering immunotherapy development for $B drug developers and have dozens of happy customers. This role is intended for someone interested in working at the intersection of immunology, data science, and high-speed lab operations.

We are currently seeking a high-impact Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales and lead generation while supporting the sales and marketing teams.

About you:

  • Outgoing personality with a general interest or background in diagnostics/therapeutics
  • Ability to form and nurture relationships with translational medicine and biomarker decision making teams (or proven ability to reach scientific decision makers)
  • Motivated to help breakthrough therapies reach patients
  • Excited to tackle ground-floor challenges and work with seasoned scientists and proven entrepreneurs
  • Proactive, ambitious, and adaptable mindset with a go-getter attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Comfortable working in a performance oriented environment
  • While no formal degree is required, we do look for demonstrated expertise in mastering a complicated subject. One way to show this is through a Bachelors in business or related science field.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales
    • Identify decision makers and generate qualified leads for the sales team
    • Support the sales team preparation for customer meetings
    • Help create new and refine existing marketing materials
    • Form new and nurture existing customer relationships
    • Represent us at industry events
  • Strategic
    • Leverage customer learnings to develop new marketing strategies
    • Drive new outbound initiatives including paid ads and content marketing
    • Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using Customer-Relationship Manager (CRM) tools. Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and progress.
    • Work closely with the Business Development Team to hand off qualified leads and provide support to close deals.

    • Find new software tools that help us increase our email throughput and quality of qualified meetings
    • Maintain accurate records of engagement with leads, prospects, and clients.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in web design and web development
    • Prior experience working in sales, using a CRM (any CRM, HubSpot is a plus!)
    • Prior background or familiarity with molecular and cell biology, immunology
