Full-Time | 11:00 AM–7:00 PM | $15/hr + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and schedule solar consultations
- Share simple, clear info about savings and solar benefits
- Track lead notes and appointment details accurately
- Work with the team to hit goals and earn commissions/bonuses
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Coachable, reliable, and motivated by goals
- Comfortable being on the phone for most of the day
- Sales/call center experience is a plus (not required)
