Associate Chiropractor – CT & RI

Start your chiropractic career in an established, walk-in, cash-based model where you will adjust daily, build confidence quickly, and follow a clear path toward leadership within 18–36 months.

Our clinics focus on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a modern, wellness-focused environment.

We operate multiple clinics across Connecticut and Rhode Island and are expanding into Warwick, RI and Norwalk, CT in 2026. As we grow, we are building a team of doctors who want strong clinical experience, structured mentorship, and long-term career growth.

You focus on patient care.
We handle operations, marketing, and administration.

Available Roles

Full-Time – Warwick, RI (Founding Team)
Full-Time – Norwalk, CT (Founding Team)
Full-Time – Multi-Clinic Coverage (CT & RI)
Part-Time – Groton, CT; Warwick, RI; Stamford, CT; Norwalk, CT

Full-time Warwick roles require pre-opening training in Groton, CT.

Full-time doctors must provide coverage at multiple locations as operational needs require. Multi-clinic exposure accelerates experience and leadership readiness.

Start Date: April/May 2026

Clinic Hours

Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Full-time: 32–40 hours per week, including Saturday rotations
Part-time: Fixed weekly schedule

Compensation & Growth

New Graduates:
$75,000 (Eastern CT / RI)
$85,000 (Fairfield County, CT)

Structured Year 2 compensation growth with performance-based increases.

Growth Path:
$85,000–$105,000+ based on performance, leadership progression, and schedule structure.

In certain cases, qualified doctors may serve in a Professional Corporation (PC) role, in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college
NBCE Parts I–IV passed
Active state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Eligible for malpractice insurance

New graduates and experienced chiropractors are encouraged to apply.
