Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
Supervision: Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and student interns.

Data Analysis: Monitor client progress through rigorous data collection and adjust programming to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Licensure: Valid State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
