We have locations in Amherst, Huntington, and Worthington, as well as a school-based health center at Gateway Regional Middle/High School and a Community Center in Huntington.

Make a Difference Through People

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who’s passionate about supporting people and strengthening a mission-driven healthcare organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to support employees and managers across the organization—helping ensure our workplace is welcoming, compliant, and well-organized so our teams can focus on delivering high-quality care to the communities we serve.


 

What You’ll Do

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and support roles
  • Coordinate onboarding and facilitate bi-weekly New Hire Orientation
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with leave administration (PFML, FMLA, Workers’ Comp) and ADA requests
  • Support employee relations, performance evaluations, and policy guidance
  • Track credentialing, CORI/Re-CORI, and BLS requirements
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and community recruitment events
  • Contribute to HR projects, employee recognition, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
  • Healthcare or FQHC experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
