## Role Summary (Full-Time)
This is a **full-time Sales Operations & Lead Management role** focused on owning the day-to-day flow of inbound and outbound leads. You will be responsible for calls, inboxes, and CRM hygiene—making sure no opportunity is missed and the sales pipeline stays clean and moving.
This role is execution-heavy and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, follow-up, and organization.

## Core Responsibilities
* Handle **inbound and outbound sales calls** with property managers and owners
* Follow up with warm, inbound, and high-intent leads
* Respond to all sales-related inboxes and messaging channels
* Log, update, and manage all leads in **Monday.com**
* Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales team member
* Monitor new listings and contact owners who do not complete payment
* Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline upkeep
* Flag high-intent leads, issues, or blockers to leadership

* Based in the United States
