Sales Development Representative, Remote Part-Time
FireModule is a rapidly growing software startup that designs, builds, and sells software to fire departments across the country. We are looking for a part-time, remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants flexible, work-from-home hours and is comfortable with high volume outbound sales.
About the Role
This is a true customer-facing sales position focused on high-volume outbound calling to fire departments. Your primary goal will be to book demos for our Founder to conduct. You’ll receive training on our software, our sales process, and the tools we use (CRM, dialing software), and you’ll have consistent, predictable tasks that you can do from home.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to fire departments
- Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally to introduce FireModule's product
- Schedule product demos for the Founder
- Log call activity and notes in our CRM Use dialing and productivity tools to streamline your workflow
Who You Are
- A dependable self-starter who can work independently from home
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport with a wide range of people
- Comfortable with high volume outbound calling
- Organized and able to follow a structured outreach process
- Persistent, positive, and motivated by clear weekly goals Looking for a flexible, part time role
Hours & Compensation
- Approximately ~20 hours per week (we are flexible on scheduling)
- 100% remote
- Pay: ~$20/hour + potential performance bonuses
