About the Role
As a Growth, Partnerships & GTM Intern, you will work directly with founders to support RM Growth’s go-to-market efforts as we onboard and scale social commerce brand partners.
This role provides hands-on exposure to startup growth strategy, partnerships, and brand acquisition inside a venture-backed company. You will contribute to real outreach, onboarding, and growth initiatives that directly impact RM Growth’s early expansion.
Responsibilities
-Research and identify high-potential social commerce brands
-Support outbound outreach across email, social, and partnerships
-Assist with CRM management, tracking, and follow-ups
-Help coordinate brand onboarding and launch workflows
-Contribute to outreach messaging, case studies, and GTM materials
-Collaborate directly with founders on growth experiments and pipeline strategy
Qualifications
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Interest in startups, growth, partnerships, or venture-backed companies
-Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
-Able to work hybrid in Los Angeles (Mid-City)
-No prior startup experience required.
