What You’ll Do

You’ll get hands-on experience improving real manufacturing and quality processes at Grace, from streamlining how parts are picked, built, tested, and shipped to helping automate soldering and improve work instructions. You’ll also be exposed to FAIs, ISO 9001 audits, and root-cause analysis, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how an ISO-certified manufacturing operation runs.

• Support manufacturing process improvements, documentation, and work instructions across production
• Participate in time studies, process mapping, and Lean / 5S / Kaizen activities
• Help troubleshoot issues with equipment, tooling, materials, and build processes
• Assist with part-to-print inspections and quality checks
• Gain hands-on exposure to automation, industrial equipment, and Grace’s ISO 9001 quality system (including EX and SIL)

What You’ll Bring

• Working towards a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a similar Engineering degree
• Some experience with SolidWorks
• Skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and Excel
