Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CF)
Imagine a workday where therapy looks like building connection, celebrating tiny wins, and watching skills click in real time. At SMILE Pediatric Therapy & Diagnostics, our speech-language pathologists do meaningful work with kids while being fully supported by a team that understands what this job really takes.
Founded by a therapist, Smile has spent over 8 years supporting infants, toddlers, and school-aged children through therapy, assessments, and early intervention programs across clinic, home, and school settings. We’re currently welcoming SLPs and Clinical Fellows who want to grow their skills, feel supported, and enjoy the work they do every day.
What it’s like to be an SLP at SMILE
You’ll collaborate closely with our Speech Team and other disciplines to provide individualized, engaging therapy for children with speech, language, and communication needs. Sessions are thoughtful, goal-driven, and child-centered with the time and resources to actually do your job well.
Whether you’re a new grad or a seasoned clinician, you’ll be supported through mentorship, ongoing training, and a scheduling team that handles logistics so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork.
We’re especially excited to connect with clinicians who value teamwork, creativity, and growth. Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
