Associate Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Dearborn, MI (onsite 4 days/week)

$75,000+

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Start Date: March 23rd, 2026

As an entry-level Software Developer for this Fortune 500 automotive company, you’ll be joining a team that is centered around developing data products for business stakeholders across the organization. You'll be building applications from the ground up, using both your backend and frontend development skills to directly impact high priority intiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • In the last semester of or having earned a completed bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, etc) 
  • Hands-on experience developing software with Python
  • Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, or Angular
  • Foundational understanding of data concepts such as schemas, pipelines, or APIs 
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn data platform concepts 
  • BONUS: Cloud experience (GCP, AWS, etc), experience with Spring Boot

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop data products and enhancements in tandem with other senior Software Engineers and Data Engineers
  • Direct collaboration with business stakeholders to understand the requirements of the project and develop solutions which meet those requirements.
  • Ensure quality, on-time delivery using agile, test driven development principles.
  • Maintain features for existing applications and assist with GCP migration efforts
  • Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
