Part-Time Robotics Instructor (Arduino Programming)
Learn2Code.Live delivers dynamic, hands-on coding and robotics classes designed to engage and inspire K–12 students. We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Arduino Robotics Instructors to join our team in El Cajon, CA.
This opportunity is ideal for students, recent graduates, or professionals who are passionate about technology, education, and empowering young learners.
Qualifications
- Current student, recent graduate, or graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino programming, sensors, and robotics projects.
- Knowledge of other programming tools/platforms (Python, C/C++, Scratch, Raspberry Pi, Micro:bit, LEGO Robotics) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers for teaching.
- Strong communication and classroom engagement skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable when teaching students across grade levels.
- Able to manage and teach effectively in an in-person classroom setting.

- Teach Arduino robotics using the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
- Set clear learning goals, guide students, and ensure an enjoyable learning experience.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
- Use varied teaching methods to inspire and adapt to different learning styles.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to achieve course objectives.
- Provide classroom feedback to strengthen curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Work independently, take initiative, and maintain professional communication with the Learn2Code.Live team.
