Talent Brand and AI Search Optimization Intern
What you will do
Working as a Talent Brand & AI Search Optimization Intern doing Recruitment Marketing, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), you’ll support ADT’s emerging strategy to improve how our employer brand appears in AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Co-Pilot, and Google AI Overviews. You will help create clear, answer-ready content, optimize owned-career pages, and support channel cleanup efforts to ensure candidates receive accurate, consistent information when researching ADT.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with research on how ADT appears in AI-powered answer engines and summarize key findings.
- Support development of answer-ready content such as FAQs, role explainers, benefits summaries, and culture snapshots.
- Help review and refresh evergreen employer brand content for accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in channel and profile cleanup across ADT’s career site, job boards, and other employer brand pages.
- Test newly developed content inside answer engines to evaluate visibility and accuracy.
- Assist in documenting insights, maintaining content libraries, and supporting cross-team coordination, while tracking performance.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1+; years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content creation, or a related field (internship, campus role, freelance, or project-based work qualifies).
- 1+; years of experience writing or editing content for web, social, academic, or professional settings.
- 1+; years of experience conducting research, analyzing information, or synthesizing insights for class projects, student media, or internships.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise content.
- Curiosity about AI tools, digital search, SEO, or emerging tech.
What will set you apart:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with content creation, SEO, UX writing, or digital marketing coursework.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Copilot.

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
