2026 Summer Internships: Baptist Health is pleased to offer a limited number of paid Summer Internship positions. Selected participants will gain relevant work experience, engage in hands-on projects, boost career-enhancing skills, obtain industry knowledge, and interact regularly with a variety of healthcare professionals. Positions now posted in Marketing, Community Outreach, Accounting, Information Services, Human Resources, Real Estate and AR Health Group (Clinic Business Operations).    

 

Requirements: 

> Entering Jr. or Sr. year of college; or recent graduate

> 2.5 or above GPA

> Ability to work in-person and on-site in Little Rock  


Application period: 

February 2 to March 20, 2026 

 

Internship Dates:

May 26 to July 24, 2026 (9-weeks)

  > Pay rate $15/hr.
