My Gym Newton is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher who enjoys staying active and working with children in a positive, structured environment. If you like movement, music, and helping kids build confidence while having fun, this could be a great fit.
This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs. Paid training is provided.
Schedule & Availability
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Friday meetings are mandatory
- Flexible scheduling within these requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and assisting children’s fitness classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events
- Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming space for children and families
- Communicating clearly and professionally with parents and guardians
- Supporting tours, walk-ins, and basic front-desk tasks
- Helping with mobile programs, community events, and team support
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children of all ages
- High energy, patience, and reliability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in sports, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, drama, or education is a plus
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to pass a background check
