Lead Teacher – Children’s Fitness

My Gym Stamford is hiring a Lead Teacher to work with children of all ages in a fun, structured, and energetic environment. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth based on performance, availability, and business needs.
We are specifically seeking candidates available weekday afternoons from 2:45–6:45 PM and weekends. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Teach and assist classes, camps, parties, and special events
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children
- Communicate professionally and positively with parents and guardians
- Assist with tours, walk-ins, and basic administrative tasks
- Support mobile programs, community events, and overall team operations
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with children of all ages
- Energetic, patient, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, drama, or education is a plus
- Availability weekdays 2:45–6:45 PM and weekends required
- Must pass a background check
