Job Description – React Developer (2–5 Years Experience)

Position Summary

The React Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and high-performance web applications. This role focuses on building reusable UI components, managing application state, and collaborating with backend and design teams. The position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive user interfaces

Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability

Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar tools

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes

Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in front-end development with React.js

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture

Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API)

Experience consuming RESTful APIs

Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience with version control systems such as Git

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript

Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap)

Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel

Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
