We’re growing fast and looking for someone excited to help expand our client base.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who is motivated, outgoing, and interested in sales, partnerships, and creative business growth.

Your main goal: bring new clients into 383 Studios—brand shoots, content rentals, production days, and custom packages. Every deal you land earns you 10% commission, with no cap.

This role is ideal for someone curious about startups, sales, entrepreneurship, or creative business operations.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Growth

Identify and research potential clients (brands, agencies, creators, startups)

Reach out via email, LinkedIn, DMs, and warm introductions

Pitch 383 Studios’ offerings in a clear, professional way

Book studio tours, intro calls, and walkthroughs

Sales Support

Help prepare outreach materials and pitch decks

Track leads, conversations, and deals in a simple CRM or spreadsheet

Assist with follow-ups and closing conversations

Collaborate with the studio team on custom packages and pricing

Partnerships & Strategy

Identify potential partnerships with agencies, creators, and brands

Help develop referral strategies and outreach campaigns

Provide feedback on what prospects respond to (and what they don’t)

Compensation & Incentives

10% commission on every rental or sale you close

Commission paid per completed booking or signed agreement

Opportunity to earn meaningful income while learning sales in a real business

Strong performers may be considered for extended roles or increased commissions

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or similar

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable reaching out to new people

Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Interest in startups, sales, or creative industries

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles

Familiarity with creative, media, or production industries

Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or basic CRMs
