Real Estate Videographer for South Boston Listings

The Opportunity: I am looking for a creative, motivated videographer (ideally a student or recent grad) to capture high-quality video content for residential real estate listings in Boston. This is a great opportunity to build a real estate portfolio and establish a recurring relationship with a local professional.

The Scope of Work: We aren't just looking for one "house tour." For each listing, we need a package of 10–12 short-form videos and reels (vertical format) designed for Instagram and TikTok.

The Shoot: Efficient and fast-paced. Shoots typically take under one hour on-site.

The Content: A mix of property highlights, "walk-through" transitions, and neighborhood lifestyle shots.

What We’re Looking For:

The Gear: You should have your own camera/smartphone setup and a gimbal (smooth, stabilized footage is a must).

Editing Skills: Ability to deliver quick-cut, trendy reels with music overlays.

Compensation:
